
While living in a hotel room in Toulouse France, with no kitchen, I am preparing lots of raw food...or somewhat raw....tonight I made salad sandwiches with an assortment of veggies and condiments....including: zucchini, cucumber, avocado, tomato, carrot, broccoli, onion, garlic, sesame seeds, squeezed lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, moutarde de Dijon, coriander powder, black pepper and alaea salt.
